Shipping, postage and packaging

Fulfilment of orders:

We endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible i.e. same day or next day and will notify you as the item is fulfilled.

Additional timeframes are required for bespoke and tailor made orders, volume quantities and where the item is handmade to order. Considerations such as are indicated on individual product pages. 

Shipping:

The cost for all UK shipping, postage and packaging is calculated at check out, if it's not already included in the price displayed. 

Shipping method:

We use Standard Royal Mail service, which takes from 2 - 4 business days. 

The Royal Mail criteria for sizing and weight applies.

Delivery speed: 

The speed at which items will be delivered is indicated at check out, in the shipping page under "Shipping method".

First class and/or Next Day Delivery may be available at an additional cost, please use the Contact Us form to discuss.

Delivery to the direct recipient: If you would like item(s) to be sent direct to the intended recipient, rather than to yourself as the purchaser, please let us know at the time of ordering.

FREE local delivery on select items:

Thank You For also provide free local delivery within a 10km radius of postcode LL59 Menai Bridge for all completed orders over £5.00. If you are eligible for this service, you will be presented with this option at check out. 

Packaging:

We endeavour to ensure, by using the appropriate packaging, that your item(s) will arrive in excellent condition.

If this is not the case please use the Contact Us form to let us know. Please quote your order details, and attach an image of the item as it arrived.

Gift notes and personalised messages:

If you would like to send a personalised message along with your gift, on a thank you for card or postcard; please add your choice of card/postcard to your basket and let us know what you would like the message to contain. 

Can I cancel an order? 

We start fulfilling your order as soon as it's placed, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or amendments. But, we will try our best.

Orders cannot be cancelled for bespoke, handmade and/or tailor made orders and items. 

Returns

You may return an item(s) within 30 days from the date/day when you receive the product(s). Please notify Thank You For directly prior to returning any item(s). Returns are only possible by post. 

When the item is received back successfully, in good condition and unused, Thank You For will send a refund as soon as possible, and as a maximum, within 14 days (two weeks).

If you receive a faulty item then the cost to return it will be covered by Thank You For. But when you don’t like the product and want to return it, then the cost to return it must be covered by you, the customer. 

Refunds 

We aim for all customers to be delighted with our treats and gifts, but if there is anything you’re unhappy with, with please let us know within 30 days of receipt.

Use the Contact Us form or email us via hello@thankyoufor.co.uk. We'll need your full name and order number please to track your purchase.

As the purchaser you'll be responsible for the cost to return any item. 

Refunds and/or replacements will be provided at the discretion of Thank You For.

Certain products and suppliers may offer differing terms, and these will always be explained on the product page.
